40% advance payment is required at the time of booking.
The second payment (50% of the total amount) must be made on or before the wedding day. Soft copies of images will be delivered within 7–15 days after this payment.
The final 10% payment is due at the time of delivery of videos or, if albums are included, on delivery of both videos and albums. We do not accept part payments at final delivery.
After the second payment is made, within 20–80 days (subject to delay between 1st Nov - 10th March), you will receive: 1) Master cinematic teaser, 2) Wedding Day Story, 3) 2-3 reels depending on the content.
Full-length videos are delivered upon project completion after final payment, typically within 50–120 days (may extend during peak season: 1st Nov–10th March). Family dance performances can be shared online earlier if requested.
Album orders and deliveries must happen together for both sides. If one side wants early delivery, the total payment must be cleared first.
Album designing takes about 25–75 days after receiving proper photo selections, subject to client approval speed. Final album billing may vary based on the number of printed sheets.

All edited soft copies are delivered via pen drives (included in the package). Raw data can be provided on a hard drive for an additional charge. Clients must collect raw data within 2 months of final delivery.
Any events not mentioned at the time of booking will be charged extra if added later.
While we follow the best standards for data storage, in case of any loss due to technical faults or natural calamities, our liability is limited to the amount quoted for the specific service.
Yes, we provide basic invites with limited templates. One photo invite and one video invite are included. Additional invites or customizations would require hiring a professional invite-making company.
We store your wedding data for up to 03 months after the event. We request clients to finalize photo selections within this period to complete projects.
Any changes must be communicated within 5 working days of receiving the teaser link. Changes should be sent all at once. Song changes require complete re-editing.
The client is responsible for securing drone flying permissions. If the drone cannot be used due to permission issues, charges will still apply.
Team size may vary depending on event activity or if the team has early morning travel schedules after sufficient coverage is achieved.
No, applicable taxes will be extra as per actual government rates.
We understand that life can get busy, and sometimes clients reach out months—or even years—after their wedding to request their data. Please note that we maintain client data on secure storage for a limited period, as data management involves ongoing costs. If the data is requested after 3 months of project delivery, a data recovery and storage fee of 5% per month (calculated from the total package cost) will be applicable. This helps cover the cost of storage maintenance, data backups, and the retrieval process. Example: For a ?1,00,000 package, a delay of 6 months would result in a ?30,000 data retention charge. We strongly recommend all clients collect and back up their wedding data within the stipulated delivery period to avoid additional charges.
Yes, the full payment remains due as per the agreed terms in our contract. Our responsibility is to provide professional photography/videography services on the scheduled event day(s), regardless of any personal developments afterward. The services will have already been delivered, and therefore, payment is still required.
Absolutely! We’re happy to travel internationally to capture your wedding celebrations. However, all travel-related expenses—including flight tickets, visa arrangements, accommodation, and meals—must be covered by the client. We’ll ensure our team is fully available and prepared to deliver the same quality experience, wherever your wedding takes place.
We absolutely respect your privacy, and we understand that not everyone is comfortable with their images being shared publicly. However, as a creative service provider, showcasing our work is essential for us to grow and reach new clients who are looking for similar quality and style. We carefully curate and share only the best work that aligns with our brand values and creative standards. These highlights help build trust, demonstrate our capabilities, and inspire future clients. Without the ability to share select images or videos, it's difficult for others to truly understand the level of professionalism and creativity we offer. That said, we’re always open to discussions. If there are specific concerns—like keeping faces anonymous, avoiding tags, or sharing only certain types of content—we can find a solution that works for both sides.
The expenses for the travel, food and accommodation for the crew members are usually borne by the client unless decided otherwise or factored in as a package deal. In addition, the hard-drives for the final delivery are paid for by the clients too. Any additional days / hours of shooting (not mentioned in contract) are charged extra as per the rates in the contract. There are no other hidden costs.
A pre-wedding shoot is a photo/video shoot of the couple done before the wedding that portrays the bond they share with each other. Since the wedding is a hectic time to be together, the couple get this day off with each other to shoot some "Relaxed, Together & Fun" images and videos and these can be used in the highlight film or as a separate two-minute pre-wedding film that can be shown during the sangeet or the wedding. A typical pre-wedding shoot lasts between 4-8 hours. The clothes / styling / makeup for this shoot is usually arranged by the client.
We believe in start-to-end wedding coverage and hence refrain from undertaking stand-alone pre-wedding shoots. We shoot pre-weddings for clients whose weddings we have been commissioned to film. This serves as a great start to the final highlight film, and also strengthens the team’s bond with our clients before their wedding day.
I truly appreciate that you’ve taken the time to explore your options. While pricing is important, I believe the value lies not just in what is offered, but in how it’s delivered. My work reflects years of experience, a consistent style, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality that many clients have trusted. The equipment I use, the time I dedicate to editing, and the overall service experience are all tailored to ensure your satisfaction. I understand budgets matter, but I also believe your memories deserve the quality and care I promise to deliver.
To ensure smooth operations and professional commitment, we request that all payments be made as per the agreed schedule discussed during the booking. If the pending amount is not cleared by the agreed-upon date, our team will not proceed to the event venue. This policy is in place to protect our time, resources, and workflow. Please understand that any delay or failure to make the payment can disrupt our ability to serve you effectively. In such cases, if the team does not attend the event or if any data loss or service interruption occurs, Studio 7 Photography will not be held responsible. We urge all clients to honor the payment terms so we can focus on capturing your memories with full dedication and professionalism.
We completely understand that weddings can have strict budgets, and sometimes meals for vendors are overlooked due to per-plate costs. However, our team works long hours—often without breaks—and proper meals are essential to maintain energy and focus, especially during critical ceremonies. If food is not provided at the venue, we may need to step away briefly to eat, either via packed meals or a quick visit to a nearby restaurant. We kindly request understanding in such cases. Please note, if important moments occur during this time, or if any issues arise such as missed shots or data-related challenges due to fatigue or absence, we cannot take responsibility for those lapses. For the best coverage and uninterrupted service, we strongly recommend arranging basic meals for the team at the venue itself. It helps us stay energized, attentive, and fully focused on capturing your special day.
At Studio 7 Photography, we follow a structured shot-list and discuss all key expectations with the client before or during the event. If any specific group or couple shots are required, it's essential that they are communicated to us in advance and coordinated on the day of the shoot. Our team is fully committed to capturing every important moment, but we cannot be held responsible for missed photos if the required arrangements or cooperation weren’t provided on-site. Final payment is based on the agreed deliverables and our time, effort, and professional services rendered. Once the shoot is complete, reductions in payment due to uncommunicated or uncoordinated moments cannot be entertained.
Anywhere with silence in the background. Any time during the wedding. We cannot do any interviews / audio bytes after the wedding is over. A rare case exception is understood but usually we lock all interviews on the very first day of the wedding as it gets stressful during the later days.
Oh absolutely. And they will love their names on the big screen just like acknowledgements in a feature film. We have a section at the start of our film called ‘CREDITS MONTAGE’ where these names appear in a specific order.
We understand the excitement and emotional value attached to wedding footage. However, at Studio 7 Photography, we shoot over 50–60 hours of raw video across multiple cameras during a standard 3-day wedding. These clips go through an intensive process involving format conversion, initial screening, and meticulous selection by a team of editors. Our studio operates like a creative assembly line, where editors work with deep focus, often during long and irregular hours. Client interference during this critical stage disrupts the creative flow and significantly delays the editing timeline. For this reason, we do not permit clients to be present during raw footage review or selection. We offer one round of edit changes after the first cut is delivered. This allows the couple to suggest any reasonable corrections or requests. Further rounds of revisions beyond the first will be chargeable, typically in the range of ?10,000 to ?15,000, depending on the scope of changes. This policy ensures both a high-quality final product and a smooth, timely delivery process.
We understand that plans can change. However, please note the following regarding refunds: If the function or event is scheduled to take place within 1 day or any given time, and you request a refund, the advance payment will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances. The advance payment is non-refundable as it is used to secure your booking and cover initial preparations. Refunds for any other payments (beyond the advance) will be considered only if cancellation is made well in advance, as per the terms agreed upon during booking. If you have any concerns or need clarification, please contact us directly. We strive to accommodate our clients wherever possible.
Think of it this way: you’ve invested in a premium phone like the iPhone Pro, which lasts 2–3 years. Your wedding photos and videos, on the other hand, are forever. They become your family’s legacy—passed down for generations. A phone is a tool. Wedding photography is your story. Isn’t that worth more?
Great phone cameras are powerful—but they aren’t built for weddings. Low light, fast movement, large group shots, and emotional moments need professional equipment and trained eyes. A phone captures an image. We capture your emotion. That’s the difference.
Your iPhone is a short-term investment. Wedding photography is a long-term treasure. After the cake is eaten, decor taken down, and music faded out—your photos are all that remain. A little more investment now means lifelong joy and memories you’ll proudly share.
We understand budgets vary. We offer flexible packages, but we never compromise on quality. Think of it this way: if you trust Apple with your phone, trust professionals with your memories. We’ll find a way to work within your range—without cutting corners that matter.
Absolutely. Photos preserve moments you didn’t even realize happened. They become timeless. An investment in photography is an investment in how you’ll remember the most important day of your life.
We value transparency and your satisfaction—but just like any professional service, final payment is required before full delivery of the wedding videos and data. We’re happy to share preview versions (low-res or watermarked) so you can request corrections. But delivering the full content before payment is not feasible—it’s like expecting to walk out of a store with the product before paying. Wedding photography is not just a service—it’s our craft, our commitment, and your legacy. We request your trust just like you trust your makeup artist, decorator, or caterer, all of whom are paid before or on the event day. Our team puts in days of effort, creativity, and dedication to make your story timeless, and fair terms ensure we can keep doing that at our best.
Traditional Video:- This is a straightforward, continuous recording of the event. It’s usually 1-2 hours long, documenting everything as it happens with minimal editing and effects. It looks more like a documentary news-style video. Cinematic Video:- This is a stylized and creatively edited short film (5–30 mins). It uses techniques like slow motion, music overlay, drone shots, and storytelling elements to evoke emotions and highlight key moments like a movie.
Documentary videography blends traditional and cinematic styles. It focuses on telling the real story of your wedding day chronologically with raw audio, speeches, behind-the-scenes moments, and real-time interactions. It feels more authentic and emotional without being overly dramatized.
Traditional Photography:- Posed, well-lit, and planned photos. Common for family group shots and rituals. Photographers direct subjects for the perfect frame. Candid Photography:- Captures natural moments, emotions, and reactions without people being conscious of the camera. It requires more skill, timing, and often high-end equipment.
Documentary photography captures the day as it unfolds, in a storytelling manner. It includes emotional moments, unfiltered interactions, and a photojournalistic approach without interfering with the scene. No posing, no directing—just pure storytelling through photos.
Editorial photography is inspired by fashion magazine shoots. It involves styling, posing, direction, and artistic lighting. The goal is to create timeless, glamorous, and dramatic images. Ideal for pre-wedding, bridal portraits, or luxury weddings.
